Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Toulouse School of Economics, working as an applied economist on housing, development, and environmental economics, with a focus on policy evaluation and causal inference.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics under the supervision of Catherine Baumont and Jean-Sauveur Ay from Université Bourgogne Europe (Laboratoire d'Économie de Dijon) in 2025. My dissertation, Essays in Housing Supply and Affordability, examined housing policies, affordable housing markets, vacant dwellings, and land-use regulation.
Research Interests
My research centers on housing economics and affordability — housing supply, vacancy, land-use regulation, and the links between inequality, monetary policy, and housing markets. This work extends into related questions in development economics and institutions, particularly on taxation, digital economy, and inclusive growth. Across these areas, I combine applied econometrics, causal inference, and policy evaluation using large administrative, survey, and geospatial datasets to produce evidence for public policy and international benchmarking.
