Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Toulouse School of Economics, working as an applied economist on housing, development, and environmental economics, with a focus on policy evaluation and causal inference.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics under the supervision of Catherine Baumont and Jean-Sauveur Ay from Université Bourgogne Europe (Laboratoire d'Économie de Dijon) in 2025. My dissertation, Essays in Housing Supply and Affordability, examined housing policies, affordable housing markets, vacant dwellings, and land-use regulation.
Research Interests
My research combines applied econometrics, causal inference, and policy evaluation to study how public policies and economic shocks shape structural outcomes across countries, with particular expertise in housing and urban economics, fiscal and monetary policy, development economics, and environmental economics. I use large administrative, survey, and geospatial datasets to produce evidence for public policy and international benchmarking.
